Dr. Jose T. Vallejos, MD, is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician (PCP - Primary Care). He has relocated his practice to our clinic and is now accepting new patients who seek a doctor who truly partners with them in their healthcare journey. Born in Central America, Dr. Vallejos migrated to Dallas at the age of five and was raised in the local community. He graduated as Salutatorian of his high school class and earned a full scholarship to the University of Dallas, where he majored in Biochemistry. During college, he volunteered at his church as a catechist, demonstrating his early commitment to serving others. He married his high school sweetheart before attending medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, where he received the prestigious Carl J. Ferzog Endowment.
Dr. Vallejos believes that providing exceptional care involves being available to patients, listening to their concerns, always acting in their best interest, and above all, being truthful with them. After completing a year of anesthesiology residency in San Antonio, he discovered his true passion was caring for patients and managing their chronic medical conditions. He completed his internal medicine residency at Louisiana State University, where he learned to provide compassionate care through attentive listening and patient-centered treatment approaches.
As a primary care physician, Dr. Jose T. Vallejos specializes in sports medicine, including joint injections, minor surgical and dermatological procedures, and the treatment of all chronic medical conditions. He utilizes the latest medical technology to ensure comprehensive, up-to-date care. Fluent in Spanish, he welcomes Spanish-speaking patients and ensures language is never a barrier to receiving quality healthcare. His patient-centered approach focuses on preventing chronic disease and achieving optimal wellness through open communication and shared decision-making.
Following residency, Dr. Vallejos joined a private practice in the White Rock area where he practiced traditional internal medicine and was selected to serve as department chair of the Internal Medicine Department at White Rock Hospital. He joins our practice to bring his compassionate care, dedication, and extensive experience to help care for our patients.
Dr. Vallejos and his wife have two beautiful daughters and several needy dogs. Outside of medicine, he loves spending time with his family, reading, traveling, coaching soccer, and giving back to his community through volunteer work. While he was inspired by the expertise of the renal transplant team, it was his hometown family physician who left the greatest impression on him, realizing these experiences began to shape his ongoing commitment to accessible, relationship-driven care.
Dr. Nutting’s path through higher education kept him rooted in Texas from start to finish. He began at Texas A&M University, earning a degree in Biomedical Sciences, then moved to Fort Worth to complete a Master’s in Medical Sciences at the University of North Texas Health Science Center. He went on to attend medical school at UT Health Science Center San Antonio—an experience that further strengthened his commitment to caring for patients and families across his home state. Dr. Nutting completed his Family and Community Medicine residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, where he served as Chief Resident.
Since completing his training, Dr. Nutting has been practicing in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. He provides comprehensive primary care, managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, with a special interest in preventive care, weight loss and in-office procedures, including joint injections. He is known for his approachable style and clear communication, taking time to ensure patients feel heard, informed, and confident in their care.
He lives in Little Elm with his wife—whom he met during residency—and their two dogs, Phoebe and Zoe. Outside of medicine, he enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Bux earned her Bachelor of Science at University of Louisiana at Lafayette before starting her medical school journey at VCOM in Auburn, Alabama. She completed her internal medicine residency at Mercy Health St. Rita's in Lima, Ohio along with serving as Chief Resident in her final year. Throughout her training, she developed a strong foundation in managing complex medical conditions.
Earlier in her career, Dr. Bux worked as a hospitalist for North Texas hospitals, where she cared for acutely ill patients. She now brings that experience into the outpatient setting, focusing on continuity of care and long term wellness. She is experienced in coordinating care across specialties to ensure her patients receive comprehensive and seamless treatment.
Dr. Bux is passionate about establishing strong doctor patient relationships, describing the ideal connection as a partnership where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns in a nonjudgmental atmosphere. She believes that truly getting to know her patients and expanding her medical knowledge are the most rewarding aspects of her job. She takes a proactive approach to health, emphasizing preventive strategies, patient education, and collaborative decision making to promote long term wellness.
With a diverse background that includes living in Pakistan, Dr. Bux has a strong appreciation for the richness of different cultural backgrounds. She is fluent in multiple languages including English, Urdu, Hindi, and Sindhi, allowing her to connect with and care for a diverse patient population.
In her free time, Dr. Bux enjoys traveling, exploring nature, and spending quality time with family and friends. She enjoys spending time in the local community attending different events with her toddler and husband.

Born and raised in Jordan, Dr. Abdallah brings a global perspective to her practice of endocrinology. She earned her medical degree from the Jordan University of Science and Technology and completed her Internal Medicine residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). Following her residency, she served as an Assistant Professor and hospitalist, where she was actively involved in both patient care and medical education.
Motivated by a deepening passion for endocrinology, Dr. Abdallah pursued fellowship training at Baylor College of Medicine and The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Dr. Abdallah is committed to making a meaningful impact on her patients’ lives. She values building strong relationships, communicating clearly, and ensuring that patients feel supported throughout their diagnostic and treatment journeys.
Her clinical interests include diabetes in pregnancy, thyroid disorders, and adrenal conditions, and she provides comprehensive care for adults with a wide range of hormonal imbalances.
Dr. Abdallah is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Endocrine Society and the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology, which help her stay at the forefront of advances in her field. She has also contributed to research in immunotherapy-related endocrinopathies and adrenal neoplasms.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Abdallah enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her family. She is fluent in both English and Arabic, allowing her to care for a diverse patient population.
